Split lobster tails in half lengthwise, leaving the meat in the shell; place pieces on parchment-lined sheet pan.
Season each tail half with 1 Tbsp melted butter, 1 Tbsp parsley, 1 tsp garlic and 1/4 tsp salt.
Bake as directed until lobster meat is cooked through and no longer translucent; reserve butter from pan.

Place frozen biscuit puck vertically and carefully cut into 4, thin slices approx. 1/4-inch thick.
Stack slices, then cut into 4 lengthwise strips, creating 16 fries.
Preheat oil to 350°F and deep fry approx. 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside; drain.
Place 1 Lobster piece (1/2 of tail) onto serving plate and add 16 Biscuit Fries.
Drizzle with small amount of reserved butter from baking sheet.
Serve with 2 Tbsp prepared garlic aioli sauce for dipping.
