Thaw biscuits for 15-30 minutes at room temperature.
Cut biscuits into six pieces and place in mixing bowl; toss with melted butter until evenly coated.
Place biscuit pieces on parchment lined or greased sheet pan.
Bake as directed; set aside until ready to assemble.

Per serving, preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat; add 1 Tbsp (0.5 oz) melted butter.

Add 6 biscuit pieces (1 biscuit) to pan and carefully stir to combine; do not overmix.
Transfer to serving dish and top with 2 sunny side up eggs; serve immediately.
