Thaw biscuit pucks, covered, for 20 minutes at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
Combine cream cheese, pimento, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and hot sauce in mixing bowl; mix on medium-high speed about 3 to 4 minutes until mixture is smooth.
