Spray sheet pan or dough box with pan spray then add frozen dough ball and spray top also; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature 15-30 minutes.
Cut each dough ball into 4 pieces then roll into an 8-inch rope.
Shape each rope into knots then rest on covered sheet pan 45-60 minutes at room temperature.
Uncover and brush with prepared garlic butter; bake as directed until golden brown.

Slice baked garlic knots in half lengthwise.
Combine warm chicken cutlets and warm creamy pesto sauce until coated evenly.
Place chicken cutlet on bottom garlic knot piece.
Add 2 slices of mozzarella, 1 tsp parmesan cheese and remaining garlic knot top.
Bake to melt cheese and crisp up garlic knot.
