Add yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper to food processor or blender; combine until smooth.
Refrigerate until needed.
Pierce sweet potatoes several times and bake as desired until tender; allow to cool to handle.
Remove potato flesh from skin and place in food processor or blender; add warm cream, browned butter, ginger salt and pepper.
Pulse to puree until texture is consistent; keep warm.
Thaw biscuit dough, covered, either at room temperature 30-45 minutes until flexible or overnight under refrigeration.
Place onto well-oiled waffle iron preheated to 375°F; bake 60-90 seconds until golden brown.
Split in half and hold warm.
Pour 1/2 cup (4.25 oz) Ginger Roasted Sweet Potato Puree into serving bowl and add 1/2 cup (3.75 oz) Harissa Braised Pork.
Serve with 2 Tbsp (1 oz) container of Cilantro Yogurt and 2 Biscuit Waffle pieces.
