Thaw croissants covered, either at room temperature 30 minutes or refrigerated overnight.
Add rice flour to a medium sized bowl.
Stir in each ingredient, one at a time, ensuring each is thoroughly combined before adding the next.
Mix until a paste is formed; set aside for 10 minutes.
Pour 1 Tbsp mixture over top of croissant dough, spreading evenly over top.
Proof 15-30 minutes, covered, until small bubbles form on the paste.
Bake as directed until golden brown and allow to cool.
