Place all sauce ingredients in non-metal bowl.
Stir until thoroughly combined.
Cover and set aside for 2 hours or overnight under refrigeration.
Thaw biscuits, covered, for 20 minutes at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
Mix celery seed and onion powder together in a small bowl.
Coat each thawed biscuit in approx. 1 tsp of spice mixture.
