Thaw biscuit dough, covered, either at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerated overnight.
Press dough into 6-inch diameter circles.
Add scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese to a mixing bowl; stir together.
Top dough circle with ham slice and add 1/4 cup of egg mixture in a line across the center, leaving a 1-inch border at the sides
Roll dough into tight spiral to create a pinwheel; pinch dough together at the seam to close.
Turn seam-side down, then slice into 3 even pieces; place each piece flat onto parchment-lined sheet pan.
Bake as directed until golden brown.
