

This hearty biscuit Danish is stuffed with smokey burnt ends and topped with BBQ and white queso sauces for an entrée folks won’t want to share.

Thaw biscuit dough, covered, either at room temperature 30-60 minutes until flexible. or refrigerated overnight.
Place biscuit pucks in 3x4 pattern on parchment-lined full sheet pan.
Thumbprint deep into each biscuit puck to create an approx. 2-inch diameter well in center.
Add 3 oz of burnt ends into each biscuit thumbprint and press filling down to flatten.
Bake as directed until biscuits are golden brown.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 8 minutes of baking.
Remove from oven and drizzle with 2 tsp (0.3 oz) of BBQ sauce and 2 tsp (0.3 oz) of white queso sauce; serve immediately.
Swap burnt ends for chopped smoked brisket or other smoked meats.
Serve with coleslaw, beans, mac & cheese or other favorite BBQ sides.
