Thaw cinnamon roll dough, covered, either at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerated overnight.
Cut cinnamon roll dough into 4 equal pieces and set aside.
Combine apples and chai seasoning mix in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Spread apples over bottom of lightly greased full size 2-inch deep hotel pan; top with cinnamon roll pieces.
Bake as directed until golden brown.

Whisk together yogurt and powdered sugar in mixing bowl until smooth.
Portion cinnamon rolls using a 6 oz spoodle, then drizzle with approx. 2 Tbsp of yogurt glaze.
