

Take your pizza game international with this unexpected twist on a classic Asian dumpling.

Spray sheet pan or dough box with pan spray then add frozen dough ball and spray top also; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature 15-30 minutes.
Place dough on a lightly floured surface and dust top with flour then gently push in a circular motion to remove most of the air bubbles.
Pick up dough and stretch outwards using thumbs and index fingers; moving around edges in a circular motion until the dough fits onto the tops of your knuckles.
Stretch and turn the dough evenly until it reaches a size of 16-inch diameter.
Transfer to either a pizza screen for Impinger oven, lightly floured pizza peel or parchment-lined full sheet pan for Deck oven.
Cook ground pork in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer pork to small bowl.
Sauté carrots, cabbage, ginger and garlic in pork drippings over medium-high heat until fragrant, 3-4 minutes; remove from heat.
Stir in pork, soy sauce, mirin and sesame oil; allow mixture to cool 15 minutes.
Spread sweet Thai chili sauce evenly over top of prepared dough to within 1/4-1/2-inch of the edge.
Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese then distribute cooled Pork Topping evenly over top; bake as directed.

Don't let toppings sit on dough for more than 15 minutes before baking or the moisture from the toppings will impact the finished pizza texture.
